Tony picked us up at the Naples airport and drove us to our hotel in Sorrento. He was waiting for us and had a sign with our name on it. The vehicle was clean and the price was reasonable and as previously agreed. On the drive Tony pointed out many things of interest, and provided a lot of information about the region. He spoke perfect English, and was a pleasant companion. I am sure that he would be a great guide if one took a tour of Amalfi or Positano.

He was very quick with a response with reasonable pricing so we booked and boy were we happy. The transfer from the train station to the hotel was with Raffael and he gave us a fun mini tour on the way to the hotel. He pointed out sights and provide small anecdotes which helped the time go by. He also pointed out the commuter train we were planning on taking to get back to Naples at the end of the week. Imagine the New York subway in the early 80's with spray painted graffiti. Right then we decided we needed a transfer back. I emailed Tony right away and he made the arrangements for us with no problems. A few days later we had our day-long private tour with Tony. He arrived in a very comfortable Mercedes-Benz and proceeded to take us to Positano stopping to allow us to take photos. After out time in Positano it was off to the winery at the base of Vesuvius with a food and wine paring and a tour of the winery. The scenery was gorgeous as the vines were heavy with grapes and the olive trees were all around. After the tour we joined Tony in a little karaoke on the way to Pompeii which was hysterical. Our tour guide at Pompeii was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the site. Listening to him was like being with one of the archaeologists. If you are going to Pompeii you need to hire a guide or you will be lost and miss so much information. At the end of the tour I felt like we had spent the day with a friend. Thank you Tony! The transfer back with Chero was just as good. He checked traffic ahead of time and heard there may be delays so he arrived a bit earlier than planned. That kind of customer service goes along way for travelers trying to make a train or plane at a scheduled time. If you are considering hiring a driver or taking a private tour book with Tony for the best experience and customer services.

Absolutely superb, on time, good vehicles, lovely driver (Giovanni). We booked them after reading other reviews and they did not disappoint. We used them three times during our stay. We initially booked the service to pick us up from Naples station and take us to our hotel in Sorrento and then after our stay to Naples airport. Definitely the right thing to do. We also took the option of using them for a day trip exploring the Almafi Coast. On all three of our trips we had Giovanni as our driver. He was a lovely man, easy going, knowledgable, very courteous and always on time. During our tour he drove us to some beautiful spots and in each town we had time to explore on our own. He arranged lunch at a lovely family restaurant with great food and a fabulous view (attached). When we return we will definitely use this service again. From our initial email enquiry through to our arrival and beyond correspondence was easy and prompt. Thank very much.

Giovanni made our day at Sorrento a day to remember. He met us at 8.30am from the cruise ship and drove us along the beautiful Amalfi coast, looking after us along the way with photo stops and entertaining commentary. After a visit to Amalfi we stopped for lunch at Positano in a restaurant with a beautiful view and were well looked after with delicious home cooked food and local wine. On the return journey we were further entertained with commentary and also some songs which we could join in with. What a lovely day.

On our 1st tour Enrico took us to the Royal Palace of Caserta and then wine tasting and lunch at the base of Mount Vesuvius. His knowledge of the local area and attention to detail made this a day we will not forget. Raffaele picked us up from the train station in Naples and drove us to our room in Sorrento. He took the time to stop for us to take pictures along the way and make suggestions for activities during our stay. Ciro picked us up for our 2nd tour which was to Paestum and lunch at a farm that makes Buffalo Mozzarella. Tony took us from our room in Sorrento back the train station in Naples. He took the time to personally walk us into the station. Our experience with this company was nothing but outstanding! We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

We hired Iaccarino Limo Service to take us on a one day adventure to Cassano Irpino on 6/29/18 to visit the village where our ancestors came from. We were already on a pre-planned tour, but had a free day. We booked this trip well in advance of our visit to Italy. We initially communicated with Tony via the internet. He was extremely responsive and helpful in making this booking very easy to schedule. The day of our adventure Enrico our driver was right on time to pick us up. We were easily able to communicate with him in English. He was very informative and amenable to help us discover our family history. The car trip was a little more than 2 hours each way from our hotel. We were picked up in a Mercedes van which was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We were able to visit the village of Cassano Irpino, go to the cemetery, and have a wonderful lunch in the town of Montella which was recommended by some of the local residents. Enrico made our trip such a pleasant and delightful one. He answered all of our endless questions and was able to find a memorial in the town that recognized WWI and WWII war heroes (naming some of our relatives). We would not have found that on our own. This day was truly the highlight of our trip. We are so glad that we booked Iaccarino Car Service. We highly recommend them to anyone thinking about using a car service in the Sorrento area.

Got in touch with Tony from overseas and found him to be very helpful and responsive. We arranged transfers from Naples to Sorrento and back a few days later. The cars were extremely comfortable, drivers were on time and very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the drives back and forth. We do want to mention that although both drivers were excellent, senior Mr. Giovanni went all out to make the experience memorable for us. He played beautiful retro Italian music, sang along with it and then when we reached the airport he gave us the CD as a momento. It was really very kind and gracious of him and we appreciate it. Excellent team and great service from Iaccarino. Bravo ! They do tours as well if you need their assistance.

On Friday, july 06th, we have taken the Napoli and Amalfi tour with Stefan. We extremely enjoyed the tour, Stefan was always on time according to the schedule and the vehicle was tide and clean. Also, Stefan's knowledge (in English) Is substantial and remarkable, he successfully kept our interest for the whole 9 hours. No doubt that Stefan has definitely contributed a great deal to our enjoyment and experience from the trip to South Italy.

We booked a day trip to visit Positano, Amalfie and Ravelo. Our guide Giovanni was on time to pick us up at the train station arriving from Rome. Friendly, knowledgeable and funny, our trip was full of fun with our guide, who can also sing very well. Booking the services was also very easy. Tony paid every attention to detail of requests that we had made in our email. Responses from him were prompt and the service was excellent. We look forward to another visit to Amalfie Coast and will certainly use their services again.

From the reservation to the arrival at the airport the service was excellent. On time, safe driving, water bottles, and friendly discussion made our trip pleasant and the time go quickly. We considered the train trip which would have been very challenging with luggage and multiple transfers. Highly recommend this option for all your travel. Our car was extremely comfortable and our driver was very friendly and spoke great English. We went to Sorrento, a winery and then hiked Vesuvio before returning to our hotel in Naples. No issues, ,driver was on time and pleasant - would recommend and use again if visiting area in the future.

We were lucky to have Enrico as our driver and he made our vacation so wonderful! He picked us up from the Naples Train Station and took us to Pompeii to explore for a few hours. The next day he spent the day with us touring the Amalfi Coast and we could not have asked for a better guide and driver. He was a treat to be with and we learned so much from him. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!! We will be back next year and will definitely request this company again!!

We used the Iaccarino Sorrento Limousine Service three times during our brief stay in Sorrento. Their service is impeccable. They are timely, efficient, knowledgeable and fun....and very safe drivers on these crazy roads. I had multiple communications with Tony via email prior to our trip and all messages were responded to very quickly. Raffaele picked us up at the Naples train station, took us to Pompeii, then to our hotel. Tony drove us on a day trip to the Amalfi Coast, during which time he was a great guide for us, a fantastic driver on those crazy roads, and even sung “That’s Amore” to us on the way back (loved that!). Tony arranged a fabulous lunch in Positano at a restaurant with the best table for a spectacular view. Johnny drove us back to the Naples train station from Sorrento. Highly, highly recommend!

Vitorrio awaited our arrival & had an excellent plan to see the Amalfi Coast while avoiding traffic. He planned time ample time for us to walk around the towns & have a fantastic leisurely lunch with an amazing view. Such a fun day for our family of four.

Great experience with the car service and driver. They were easy to deal with, flexible, effective and very professional. They provided a level of service that you hope for. They really excelled at providing their services which is what you would expect but so many other service providers fail at.
