We just returned from our trip of a lifetime which included a private tour of the Amalfi Coast with Giovanni as our driver. He was prompt, courteous yet very entertaining (he sang Italian songs for us) during our tour. During the tour he took us to a quaint Italian restaurant overlooking the Amalfi Coast. It was breathtaking and the food was delicious. This tour indeed was the highlight of our vacation.

Using email, we booked a transfer from Naples airport to Sorrento and customized it with a 2 hour tour of Naples. From the first minute that we met Tony, he was friendly, helpful and cheerful! Great conversation throughout and Tony was a fount of local information, being a Sorrento native. He drove us around Naples, making sure we got great pictures at all the most scenic spots and he made sure we had a chance to try some sfogliatella! We then took the scenic route to Sorrento and got us as close to our B&B (located on a pedestrian-only street) as possible. It was a very relaxing way to get to Sorrento and we would book Iaccarino SLS again! Very Highly Recommended.

We have used this company a few years ago and they are still just as good ,punctual,polite and very professional we visited Almalfi and Sorrento which was beautiful and they where happy to let us decide how long we wanted in each place .would defiantly recommend them

Traveled to Italy as a graduation gift from college to my daughter. Just two women alone I was nervous. Our driver and gentleman,Tony was amazing. He gave commentary on all the sights, the history and ways of life in Italy then and now. He brought us to Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano, allowing us free time to explore each place while suggesting sights we would want to seek out. He booked lunch for us at a fantastic restaurant at the top of the mountain,reserved the best table,at the window overlooking all of Positano. He always offered to take pictures of us together at the most amazing spots along the way. He helped us create the most memorable day that I will always treasure. Their service was impeccable. I used them again for transportation back to the Naples train station to get to Rome. It was way more than just transportation. The conversation flowed as Tony gave insight information on Naples, the train and everything we passed. It was so enjoyable.Tony played Italian music and sang. Well dressed, well mannered, prompt and extraordinary! Highly, highly recommend.

These guys are the BEST!!. My wife and I were in Italy celebrating our 30th anniversary, we had three different experiences with this service and each one was fantastic!! (Enrico, Giovanni, and Raffaele). Enrico was our driver for our tour of Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, Giovanni for the Amalfi Coast and Raffaelle for the Naples trip. Everything they did was all about making our time as enjoyable as it could be, from being early everyday to providing us umbrellas for the rain and even serving us lunch at the restaurant on the Amalfi Coast; which was one of the best meals we had in Italy. Lastly, my wife an I voted and we think Raffaaele had a slightly better voice then Giovanni, sorry Giovanni!! :-)

We were DELIGHTED by the friendly welcome and CUSTOMIZED service we received from our driver Giovanni from THE FIRST STEP into the car. He asked us what we wanted to see , eat , and PLANNED in detail accordingly. He verbally reviewed the day ( time , distance etc with us in a understandable way. He was SOOOOO FUN to spend the day with !! We felt as if we were his guests that he’d known a long time.. He sang songs in Italian and within a few minutes we were all joining in! Our restaurant was ready for us with THE BEST TABLE with a spectacular view. During our mili course meal HE SERVED US THE FOOD AND DRINKS. I highly recommend Giovanni and this company’s services. We continue to tell everyone about our day with him!!

We had 3 different experiences with laccarino sorrento limousine service with 3 different drivers (Raffaele, Johnny, and Tony) and every one was fantastic. We had a transfer from the Napoli train station to Sorrento with a stop at Pompeii, where the Company arranged a licensed tour guide for us for a 2 hour personal tour. We also had an amazing 8 hour tour of the Amalfi Coast and another transfer to the train station from Sorrento. Each driver spoke great English and they always arrived early. We were even given a bottle of Limoncello after our Amalfi Coast tour!

Tony and his drivers were amazing they provided perfect service on our private car transfers from Naples to Sorrento. Couldn't recommend higher.

I had seen Pompeii many years ago and wanted to visit there again. I had a fabulous guide with Iaccarino, Lucio. Just having a personalized experience caused me to absorb what I had forgotten many years ago with a group tour. Lucio was great, he was careful to make sure I dodged the crowds by getting me in as he saw them coming or changing directions inside the walls of Pompeii when it was too crowded in an area. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the tour fascinating, you can tell he loves what he does. Please ask for Lucio, also and Italian gentleman.

We chose this company based upon their reviews and they made two days absolutely perfect. Our first trip was a private tour and we had Johnny for our tour of Amalfi, Ravello and Positano. He arrived at our hotel ahead of time and the car was immaculate. Johnny stopped at so many locations along the way so we could take our photos and was incredibly knowledgeable. We learnt so much and felt very looked after. Our second trip was with Tony and we went to Pompeii and then had lunch at the Vineyard. Tony arranged our private tour guide named Lucio and I am so glad we went for this. He guided us well and spoke excellent English. Tony then drove us for lunch at the Cantina del Vesuvio and again we felt very catered for. The wine was fabulous. The views from our lunch table were absolutely fabulous. It just felt incredible to be sitting there. Tony then took us for a scenic drive home along the coast and with a sing along too. These guys just go the extra mile to ensure you have an amazing experience. I would have no hesitation in using these guys again and i would recommend them to absolutely everyone. The gift of a bottle of lemoncello at the end of each day was lovely. In fact, even if Carlsberg did these trips, they wouldn't be any better than what Tony provides. Thank you so much Tony.

I am a luxury travel advisor and I needed to see all of the Amalfi area for my clients. Whirlwind visit. Johnny picked me up at the train station, the car was immaculate and Johnny was helpful and courteous. He had been well informed of what I was there for and began the drive through Naples, crazy drivers all around, scooters darting in and out, I advise, do not try to navigate this yourself. Johnny knows the roads and the people and their driving habits. Not once did I feel like I needed to use my passenger side brake :) Johnny explained the area to me, what was there to see. We stopped for me to run in and see one of the hotels, having an Italian speaking driver made it easier for them to understand what I was wanting to do in looking at the property. He did this for multiple properties through out the day. I was there during opening week and some of the properties were not open, sometimes they let me come in and see the property and sometimes they were in such disarray in trying to open in a couple of days that it wasn't good that I go in. In those cases Johnny knew the area and took me around to see the properties from a different angle, sometimes around the cove. He then would explain a lot of what the property was like, showing me that he is very knowledgeable of the area. Two days later Johnny picked me up to take me back to the train, on the way I stopped for a tour of Pompeii and a lovely wine tasting on Mt Vesuvius. I was glade to have been able to see the Amalfi, but also to use the Iaccarino services and will recommend this to my clients and to ask for Johnny. Thank you for a great experience.

We travelled to Sorrento to celebrate my Dads 60th birthday and we had a great visit from the moment we arrived until we left. Tony, Johnny and Raffaele were all great. We had 4 separate trips including the transfer from Naples airport and back to Naples train station, a full day trip around the Amalfi coast and a full day trip to Pompeii, Herculaneum and a stop at a vineyard for lunch. All of our drivers were friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the local area. We were travelling with our 1 1/2 year old and they were able to provide a child seat. I couldn't recommend this family company highly enough. If we ever find ourselves in Sorrento again (which I really hope we do!) We will definitely use them again! Highlight of our stay was the Amalfi coast tour- wow!

Our family used this company several days to get out and about while in Sorrento. Tony is a friendly and informative guide for the area and the vans were very comfortable. On our our departure transfer to Naples the train station, he dropped us right at the door nearest the ticket machines, so it was very easy to get out.

Our driver was one of the most pleasant and professional I've ever had. We had a rather tricky and full itinerary planned and he executed it perfectly. And what a smooth, calm and safe driver. Highly recommended!

My wife, my infant son and I did a full day tour of the Amalfi Coast with Tony (visiting Positano, Sorrento and the ruins of Pompeii) and we enjoyed every minute. We were able to visit several areas and Tony was very knowledgable about each area we visited. As I mentioned we were traveling with our 1.5 year old and Tony was very accommodating to a couple with a young child and very flexible about changing the itinerary if we needed to.
