Your English speaking driver will pick you up at the Naples port at 8am and start to drive through the countryside of the Sorrento Peninsula.
The first stop will be to the Gargiulo olive oil factory, where you can visit the ancient mill (1849 frantoio) and the modern mill where they will give you informations about the crop and the production.
Then you will taste the extra virgin olive oil and the different types of olive oil with lemon, orange, basil, onions, garlic, bruschetta and many other brands all served with fresh baked bread to finish with the taste of the famous Limoncello and other home made liquors.
After you will have free time to visit the downtown of Sorrento with its beautiful stores and cafès where you can do some shopping.
The next stop will be in a local Restaurant for your Pizza lesson arriving there at 11.30am, you will be taken directly for your cooking class. Your pizza teacher, Pizzaiolo, will give you an apron and a hat to start rolling out and tap the pizza dough, followed by the ingredients: the mozzarella, tomato, basil and olive oil (Pizza Margherita) or you can personalize your Pizza with your favourite toppings. After you will be served a Gelato from their menu list and a frozen glass of limoncello which is our typical digestive.
The last stop will be to a winery located at the feet of Mount Vesuvius where you will have a guided visit in the vineyards where the local wine "Lacryma Christy DOC" (tears of Christ) is made and taste several types of wines (among white, red and roseè) accompanied with some appertizers.
The trip will end in the Naples port in the afternoon at about 4pm.
Lunch during the Pizza lesson, gratuities, the mozzarella taste and the wine tasting fees are not included.
-The cost of Pizza cooking class is 20 Euros per person (only a soda or water is included)
-The olive oil taste is free of charge.
-The cost for the wine tasting tour is 15 Euros per person.

All our drivers are trained to offer a running commentary about the history, local customs and culture of each site but only inside the vehicle infact if you wish to have someone that will walk with you in the sites (like the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum or the National Archeological Museum in Naples), you must arrange an official licensed guide.
