Lunch Experience – Wine & Olive Oil Tasting at Gargiulo Olive Farm

After Positano, your journey continues toward the hills of Sorrento, where you will be welcomed at the Gargiulo Olive Farm for an exclusive Wine & Olive Oil Tasting Lunch—a true immersion into the flavors and traditions of Campania.

From the panoramic Captain’s Terrace, overlooking the sea and Mount Vesuvius, your experience begins with a guided mini-tasting of extra-virgin olive oils, all produced from the farm’s local cultivars.

You will then savor a traditional Campania lunch, prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients that reflect the culinary heritage of the region.

Each course is paired with a carefully selected DOC or DOCG Campania wine, creating a guided tasting designed to elevate every flavor.

Your experience concludes with a typical Campania dessert, paired with handcrafted limoncello and the farm’s signature cream liqueurs — the perfect finale to a delicious and memorable experience.

Important

The cost of the Wine Tasting Lunch is not included in the tour price and must be paid directly at Gargiulo Farm at the end of the experience.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Please make a reservation for me. I understand your cancellation policy and I authorize Tony Iaccarino in quality of CEO OWNER of IACCARINO SORRENTO LIMOUSINE SERVICE (AUTOSERVIZI IACCARINO SAS) to charge my credit card, ONLY as specified in the undermentioned cancellation policy.
Cancellation notice or any changes (time/date) regarding the service booked, must be sent at least 5 days (120 hours) prior to the arrival date. If is not done in these terms, IACCARINO SORRENTO LIMOUSINE SERVICE (AUTOSERVIZI IACCARINO SAS) reserves the right to charge your Credit CARD  as a "NO SHOW FEE"  for the total amount of the requested service. 
Please note that we will NOT CHARGE any payments on your credit card, but we will hold your credit card information in our database only as a GUARANTEE of your BOOKING, but we reserve the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the amount of the service just in case of "NO SHOW" or "LATE CANCELLATION or NOT ACCOMMODABLE CHANGES  requested in the last 5 days from the date of service". 
Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with our company. 
PAYMENT
Payment is required at the end of the service booked directly to the driver CASH in EURO Currency or previous email conversation we sometimes agree to receive a CREDIT CARD pre-payment in EURO Currency without commisions (at least 1 month before of the date of service booked).
Please note that if you require to make a CREDIT CARD pre-payment in less than 1 month from the date of service, you will be charged an additional 5% like CREDIT CARD commissions.
RATES
Rates are all quoted in EURO and are based on present cost conditions and include VAT taxes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the client and Iaccarino Sorrento Limousine Service company (LEGAL NAME: AUTOSERVIZI IACCARINO SAS), the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. All persons wishing to make a booking (including minors and persons under disability) have carefully read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions. By utilizing our services you agree that neither Iaccarino Sorrento Limousine Service (AUTOSERVIZI IACCARINO SAS) nor any subsidiary of us shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred by your or those travelling with you directly or indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of our limousine company, including defects in vehicles or breakdown in equipment.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Please note that in case your cruise ship will be not able to dock at the assigned port for any reasons you will be NOT CHARGED,  but the excursion will be automatically re-scheduled in the new port of destination (if it is in the same region) otherwise the service will be cancelled without incur in any penalties because it is not your fault. Instead a fee would be charged if the tour will be cancelled for any other reasons within the 5 days of the cancellation period.
In case the plane or train is delayed, or your luggages are lost at the Naples or Rome Airport and you must wait at the "lost and found office", we will have 1 hour of tollerance and after you will be charged 30 Euros each waiting hour.
In case of lost luggages it must be also your care to send somebody in your party outside of the custom area to advise the driver of this further delay or call directly at our mobile numbers that you will receive during the booking process because our driver will never leave the Airport without you! 
In case of a severe delay of your Train or Plane (over 2 hours), we take the right to cancel your reservation and charge 100% of the transfer cost as Technical NO SHOW, otherwise we will extend our waiting time according to the other daily services already scheduled and will apply a surcharge of 30 Euros per hour from the second waiting hour (after a previous communication with you that must advice the exact situation by email, text message or call).
COMPLAINTS
If a Client has a complaint against the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
DISPUTE
In case of dispute, the competent law court, will be in Naples(Italy).
VALIDITY
This terms and conditions are valid from 1st June 2019.
