Your experience begins with the preparation of fresh homemade pasta. From mixing the dough to shaping soft, delicate gnocchi, you’ll learn the secrets behind the iconic Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, enriched with fragrant basil and creamy melted mozzarella.
You’ll then move on to another beloved staple of Southern Italian cuisine: Eggplant Parmigiana. Crafted using fresh Mediterranean ingredients, this dish reflects the deep-rooted flavors and heritage of Sorrento and Naples.
Once your dishes are ready, relax and enjoy the fruits of your work. Lunch is served on a beautiful panoramic terrace facing Mount Vesuvius, paired with a glass of DOC Campania wine from the farm’s own selection — the perfect accompaniment to an unforgettable meal.
