Places you will visit:
During this shore excursion you will visit the ruins of Pompeii and the towns of Sorrento and Positano on the Amalfi Coast.
Your English speaking driver will pick you up at the Naples port at 7:30AM.
You will be driven through the scenic seaside road to Sorrento which is the Capital on the Sorrento peninsula. Your driver will give free time to take a stroll through the downtown, where you can do some shopping and also stop for lunch to taste the original Pizza cooked in the real wood burning oven or the typical local food.
Your trip will continue to Positano, that is considered the jewel of the Amalfi Coast.
Your driver will lead you around the windy roads starting from the hill where you can take a photo of a breathtaking view till the centre nearby the Spiaggia Grande (big beach).
The last stop will be at the Archeological site of Pompeii, which is the old town that was buried by Lava from the Catastrophic Eruption of Mount Vesuvius spanning two days in 79 A.D. and was excavated only few Centuries ago. In Pompeii you can visit the ruins for 2 hours on your own or hire an official licensed guide.
The tour will end at the Naples port in the afternoon at 16:30.
We only accept cash payment in Euros.
The tour doesn’t include lunch, gratuities and entrance fees.
* Entrance fee to Pompeii ruins is 18 Euros each person (kids under 18 years old will not pay the entrance showing a valid document).
